Be on time with everything you need prepared, scenography, costumes and cameras on their site.

We are going to watch the scenes one after another as one complete movie and at the end we´ll discuss how it was and make some corrections about your work.

ROB GONSALVES´S WORK

Robert “Rob” Gonsalves was a Canadian painter of Surrealism. Surrealism is an arts and literature movement of vanguard founded in 1924 by André Breton in Europe after the First World War but it was affected by the beginning of the Second World War.

Surrealism means something above realism. It intends to explore the absurd and the world of dreams. In painting, some of the most important artists were René Magritte (Belgium), Salvador Dali (Spain), Joan Miró (Spain) and Max Ernst (Germany).

We will use Rob Gonsalves´s work as inspiration to create scenes with all the topics that you learnt in your drama classes for so many years.

For next class, check the link I leave below and get inspired by one image to create a scene with your partner.

Class 04/05: Time to improvise!

Next class we are going to watch the scenes that you will prepare in pairs.

You do not have to rehearse anything. It's enough just to have very clear:

💣The main conflict.

😶Both characters.

🌏The location or background.

🙇The main objectives of each character.

And for the second part of the activity you will have to wait for the class but I give you a clue… You will laugh a lot!

See you next class,

Joaquin
